Artist Spotlight: ▲lex Young

With the trap movement imminent, it seems many producers are trying to take advantage of it. Some are trying to take EDM tracks and put a trap spin on it.  ▲lex Young (Alex) seems to have found the perfect balance and bridge between those. Not only has he done that, but more over, he makes outstanding originals as well.

The first track is his trap edit of Alvin Risk’s, “Psychotic”. It seems to me that this tracks seems that it’d be quite challenging to make into different genres, but Mr. Young does it beautifully.

As I said above, his skills don’t stop there. The last song is one of his original productions, titled “Relapse”. The song features catchy synths, chopped vocals and of course, dat bass. Enjoy!
